Facility Information: Practice or facility name, type, and relevant accreditation details where provided.
Sample Data: The location, date, and time of your water sample — required by the laboratory for accurate analysis and for your compliance report.
Payment Information: All payments are processed securely by third-party payment gateways (e.g., Stripe or Squarespace Payments). We do not see or store your full credit card details.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your information strictly to:
Dispatch your sample collection kit to your facility or practice.
Book and manage priority courier collection from your premises.
Submit your sample data to our NATA-accredited laboratory partners for analysis.
Email your NATA Certificate of Analysis and audit-ready compliance report.
Contact you if there is an issue with your sample, courier collection, or results.
4. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your data. We only share necessary details with:
Our Laboratory Partners: ALS (Australian Laboratory Services) and other NATA-accredited partners as required to conduct analysis and generate your Certificate of Analysis.
Courier Services: StarTrack and equivalent priority courier providers to arrange collection and delivery.
Legal Authorities: If required by law, or if a result presents an imminent and serious threat to public health, as described in our Terms and Conditions.
5. Data Retention
We retain your order and results data for a minimum of seven years to support your compliance records and audit requirements. You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time, subject to any legal retention obligations.

Your data is stored on secure, encrypted servers. We take all reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, disclosure, or misuse in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
